The show notes:

Checking all the boxes does not equal finding success or fulfillment. Charese Josie checked all the boxes. She went to school, she got the “real” job, and she realized that it wasn’t all it was cracked up to be. Listen as she shares her story and why she has become an amazing entrepreneur.

Charese L. Josie is a Women’s Leadership Coach and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. After working as a case manager and Supervisor in the foster care system and later transitioning to providing individual and couple’s counseling with military service members, Charese found her passion working with high achieving women leaders.

She founded CJ Counseling and Consulting Services which provides individual counseling, women’s wellness workshops and other services to build confidence, strengthen relationships and create boundaries.

It has been a crazy ride, but she has found the fulfillment that she was missing. Learning that an entrepreneurs’ work is never done has been one of her biggest challenges. As a box checker, getting to the end of the list is highly motivating, but so is reaching big milestones.

Listen as she shares her journey and provides tips to new entrepreneurs on how to find success and fulfillment. Charese is truly an amazing entrepreneur, she’s even producing them. You won’t want to miss out on all of her amazing insights.
